MBA stands for Miguel Buffara Warehouses. We are a family-owned business built on work, continuity, and responsibility.
Everything started with our founder, Miguel Buffara, at a time when reputation was an asset: fulfilling agreements, taking care of what belongs to the client, and ensuring that the service is carried out with seriousness.
With roots in Curitiba, this journey gained new chapters in Rio de Janeiro, where the company developed, expanded its operations, and solidified over the decades as a reference in storage.
The origin of the company is linked to a large and entrepreneurial family, with a strong presence in the general warehouses sector.
By the end of the 1990s, Miguel Buffara was part of the Iguaçu General Warehouse Company, alongside other family members.
With the growth of operations and the need for greater autonomy and strategic clarity, MBuffara was established in 1998, marking the beginning of an independent trajectory, with its own management, long-term vision, and focus on operational excellence.
Over the years, the company evolved in processes, structure, and ways of operating, keeping up with the transformations in the logistics market.
In 2025, the brand will be called MBA, reflecting a new moment of maturity, professionalization, and expansion, while maintaining the essence that has traversed generations: trust, commitment, and respect.
Today, we continue as a family-run business, proud of our history and responsible for paving the way for the future, now also with the participation of the new generation.
